摘要
对双线电渣炉自耗电极“冻结”现象做了生产观察、实验，分析了“冻结”机理，找出了主要影响因素，提出“理想状态”重熔和“准理想状态”重熔措施，彻底克服了电极“冻结”问题，经两年多生产证明措施切实可行。
Observation and test to'frost'phenomenon of consumable electrode in double-line electroslag furnace were conducted,the mechanism of'frost'was analysed,the main active factors were found out,the remelting measures under'ideal state'and'quasi-ideal state'were proposed.In last two years all above works were proved effective and the'frost'was overcome.
