通过对企业家精神实质的分析,阐述了企业家精神在企业中的重要作用。企业家精神是企业核心竞争力的重要来源,企业家精神对企业竞争力提升具有重要作用,在创业教育中要注重对企业家精神的培训。
By means of the analysis to entrepreneurship substance, elaborates the important action of entrepreneurship in the enterprise. The entrepreneurship is the significant origin of the nucleus contestable force of the enterprise, the entrepreneurship has the important action to elevate the nucleus contestable force of the enterprise, thus must attach importance to training to the entrepreneurship in the foundation education.
