摘要
用Pd催化剂在固定床反应器中进行了环戊二烯选择加氢制备环戊烯研究;确定了第一段加氢催化剂采用Pd含量为0.5(wt)%载体为γ-Al2O3催化剂,第二段加氢催化剂为钯含量为0.3(wt)%载体为γ-Al2O3催化剂。第一段氢烃摩尔比为2~3,反应压力为1.2MPa,空速2~4h-1,温度55~60℃,第二段氢烃摩尔比为3.5~4,温度80~85℃时,环戊二烯的转化率达99.5%,环戊烯的选择性在90%以上。
The selective hydrogenation of cyclopentadiene to form cyclopeutene was carried out in a fixed-bed rector with Pd 0.5%(wt)γ-Al2O3. The conversion of cyclopentadiene was up to 99.5% and the selectivity of cyclopentene over 90% , The condition of first stage was mole ratio of H2 to CPD was 2 to 3, reaction pressure was 1.2 MPa, liquid hour space velocity was 2 to 4h-l,reaction temperature was 55 to 60℃, and the mole ratio of H2 to CPD was 3.5 to 4, reaction temperature was 80 to 85℃ for the second stage .
