摘要
职业农民是中国改革开放以后诞生的一种以从事农业生产和经营为职业,以获取经济利润为目的的社会阶层。其产生是农业产业化经营的必然结果。随着新农村建设的加快推进,要从根本上解决"三农"问题,职业农民的教育培养是一项长期性的基础性工作,必须从职业准入、农村职业教育改革和政策法律层面构建"三位一体"的教育培养模式。
Professional peasant is a kind of social stratum that take engagement in agricultural production and marketing as profession and take acquiring economic profit as the objective, and its appearance is the necessary outcome of agricultural industrialization. With the advancement of new country construction, to solve the problem of ＂new country, new agriculture and new peasant＂, the education and cultivation of professional peasant is a long term basic work, and the ＂integration of three subject＂ education and training model must be build from the following levels： professional admittance, rural vocational education reform and policy and legislation.
