摘要
七氟醚是一种高效能、非易燃的吸入麻醉剂。由于它血气分配系数低、麻醉效能高,因而麻醉诱导和苏醒迅速。近来对七氟醚的抗炎效应、缓解应激及缺血/再灌注损伤等免疫效应的研究日益得到重视。此综述简要阐述了七氟醚对红细胞、淋巴细胞及细胞因子的免疫调节机制。七氟醚对机体免疫功能的调节精细、复杂,且呈现出多样性,因而尚需进一步的基础和临床实验研究加以证实。
Sevoflurane is a potent non-explosive inhalational anesthetic agent which provides rapid anesthetic induction and recovery consistent with its low distribution coefficient and high efficacy. Recently, the immune responses to sevoflurane and immune regulation have attracted sufficient attention, mainly focusing on its anti -inflammatory effects, attenuation of the stress response and relief of the ischemia-reperfusion injury. This review briefly demonstrates the immune responses and the immuno-meehanism of red blood cell, lymphocyte and eytokines when exposed to sevoflurane. Since the regulation of sevoflurane is precise and complex, the diversification deserves further experimental and clinical evidences.
