摘要
目前应用风速气象数据预测风力发电功率的方法存在较大误差,难以满足工程应用的精度要求。文中基于能量守恒原理提出了风力发电机组等效平均风速的概念,并通过为期1年的现场实验分析得到等效平均风速与最大风速和平均风速的函数关系,由此提出了基于等效平均风速的风力发电功率预测方法,并与以往基于平均风速的风力发电功率预测方法进行了工程应用效果对比,表明基于等效平均风速的预测方法较基于平均风速的预测方法在预测精度方面有明显提高。
The forecast accuracy of wind power based on the meteorological wind speed data can not satisfy the real project demand. Based on the principle of energy conservation, a new concept of equivalent average wind speed is proposed. The relationship between the equivalent average wind speed, the mean and maximum wind speeds is built through an analysis on the one-year spot experiment samples. A forecast method of wind power based on the equivalent average wind speed model is presented. A forecast results comparison shows that the proposed method significantly improves forecasting precision.
