摘要
换流站作为一种特殊形式的变电站,其作用和地位比常规变电站更为重要,其结构也更为复杂。数字化智能换流站用光纤网络取代了一次系统与二次系统的电缆硬连接,满足变电站过程层的信息共享需求。数字化智能换流站的优点是:提高测量精度和信号传输的可靠性;简化二次接线;解决了设备间的互操作问题;各种功能可共享统一的信息平台,避免设备重复;进一步提高了自动化运行和管理水平;避免电缆带来的电磁干扰、传输过电压和两点接地等问题;减少换流站占地面积;简化设备调试,减少投运时间。文中阐述了数字化换流站的建设思路。
A converter substation is a special type of substations, whose functions and roles are more important than those of traditional AC substations, and its structure is also more complex. Hard cable interconnection between primary and secondary devices will be replaced by optical fiber network interconneetion in digital smart converter substations, which enables information sharing in the process layer. The advantages of digital smart converter substations include improving accuracy of measurements and reliability of signal transmission, simplifying connections of secondary devices, solving interoperability problems between different secondary devices, enabling different applications to share one unified information platform to avoid duplication of devices, improving standards of automation operation and management, avoiding electromagnetic interference, surge voltage and two point grounding, reducing space occupation and time consumed for debugging problems and commissioning new substations. The ideas for construction of digital converter substations are proposed.
