摘要
通过对轿车与行人碰撞中小腿伤害机理的研究,确定了造成小腿伤害的汽车保险杠相关几何参数(包括保险杠刚度、保险杠与保险杠横梁X向间距、保险杠与导流板X向间距、保险杠Z向宽度、导流板中心离地面高度、保险杠横梁中心离地面高度)。采用新型蜂窝铝材料替代传统聚氨酯泡沫作为保险杠吸能材料,通过材料性能试验及小腿冲击试验计算机模拟分析表明,蜂窝铝材料对于保护行人腿部能起到很好的效果。
