摘要
目的:研究莲心碱(liensinine)对青霉素致痫大鼠皮层脑电图癫痫样放电的影响。方法:腹腔注射青霉素制作大鼠癫痫模型,待癫痫样放电基本稳定后,侧脑室分别注射不同浓度(5mg/ml、1mg/ml)的莲心碱溶液或生理盐水5μl,分别比较侧脑室注射前后脑电图癫痫样放电频率的变化。结果:高剂量莲心碱组注射后癫痫样放电频率明显下降,低剂量莲心碱组癫痫样放电频率也呈下降趋势,但无统计学差异;生理盐水组癫痫样放电频率无明显变化。结论:莲心碱可以抑制青霉素致痫大鼠皮层脑电图癫痫样放电。
Objective:To explore the effect of 1iensinine on cortical EEG of epileptic rats induced by penicillin.Methods:The epileptic rat model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of penicillin.After the epileptiform discharge of EEG stabilized,liensinine(5mg/ml,1mg/ml) or saline(0.9% NaCl) was injected into the left lateral ventricle,respectively.The differences of frequency between pre-and post-administration were investigated.Results:Compared to the frequency during 10 minutes before the administration,the frequency of epileptiform discharge significantly decreased in the high doses of liensinie group during 10-20th,50-60th minutes(P0.05),and 20-50th minutes(P0.01) after the administration of liensinie.There was no significant statistics difference in the low doses of 1iensinine group(P0.05).No clear changes of frequency of epileptiform discharges were found in control group(P0.05).Conclusion: Liensinine can inhibit the discharge of epileptic rats induced by penicillin.
