摘要
我国高校辅导员工作制度,经历了从无到有逐步建立、完善的过程。进入当代以后,高校辅导员制度改革曾一度出现了价值观模糊和实践徘徊的现象,而当前辅导员专业化发展又成为辅导员制度改革的热点。本文着重从我国高校辅导员工作的历史考察与当代发展进行探讨。
The counselors＇ working system has gradually improved after more than 50 years of development, and the counselors have become an important force in the university education. After entering the contemporary era , the reform of the university counselors＇ system once fell into a perplexity of values and a dilemma in practice. However, the professional development of university counselors has become a central issue in the reform of the counselors＇ system. Therefore, this paper explores the subject with a focus on the historical research on counselors＇ work and the contemporary development.
