摘要依据人力资本及现代教育学、心理学理论,分析了创新型人力资本的含义与作用机理,并就其与技术进步的关系进行了实证研究。结果表明,创新型人力资本主要通过技术创新推动技术进步,因此,加大创新型人力资本培养力度,提高创新型人力资本配置效率是增强自主创新能力、加快技术进步、促进经济持续快速发展的关键。 This paper analyses the impacting mechanism of creative human capital and its character according to the theory of human capital, modern education and psychology. Furthermore, we make empirical study on the relation between creative human capital and technology progress. The results show that creative human capital accelerates technology progress through technological innovation primarily. As a result, strengthening the training of creative human capital and improving creative human capital＇s allocation efficiency are the key to enhance self-renovation capability, accelerate technology progress and the rapid and sustainable development of economy .
