摘要
目的比较独活药材及其配方颗粒中蛇床子素的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定独活药材及其配方颗粒中蛇床子素的含量,比较二者含量差异。结果配方颗粒中蛇床子素的含量相当于原独活药材蛇床子素含量的一半左右。结论原配方颗粒的生产工艺需要改进。
Objective To compare the content of osthol contained in Angelica pubescens Maxim . f. f and its dispensing granules. Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of osthol in Angelica pubescens Maxim . f. f and its dispensing granules, and a comparison between them was made. Results The ostho in dispensing granules was only half of that in Angelica pubescens Maxim . f.f. Conclusion The process for producing original formula granules needs to be improved.
