摘要
针对自然气候温度的变化,影响传统沼气池的产气率和沼气使用率的问题,设计开发了一种新型太阳能恒温沼气反应装置。该装置利用太阳能加热,消除自然气候对发酵的影响,自动控制温度,实现全天候高效发酵,且拆装、维修、移动快捷方便,自动化程度高。通过对该装置运行试验分析,结果表明:该装置结构设计合理、性能优良,发酵速度快,产气率高以及沼气成分中甲烷含量高。该装置有利于促进农村沼气能源新技术的推广,提高农村生物质能的利用率。
In order to solve the influences of the changes of temperature and climate on the producing and using rates of methane, we have designed a new -type constant temperature methane reactor which is heated by solar power. It is an all - day high efficient fermentation reactor, which eliminates the influence of natural climate and controls the temperature automatically. In this paper, the author has summarized its working efficiency based on the analysis to the experiment result. The results show that this reactor, designed reasonablely, has excellent performance, high fermenting speed and producing rates of methane with high component of methane. This reator can promote the using of methane technology and bio -energy in countryside.
