摘要
传统经济是一种物质单向流动的经济。在这种经济中,人们以越来越高的强度把地球上的物质和能源开发出来,在生产加工和消费过程中又把污染和废物大量地排放到环境中去,对资源的利用常常是粗放的和一次性的。通过把资源持续不断地变成废物来实现经济的数量型增长,导致了许多自然资源的短缺与枯竭,并酿成了灾难性环境污染后果。与此不同,生态工业发展模式倡导的是一种建立在物质不断循环利用基础上的经济发展模式,它要求把经济活动按照自然生态系统的模式组织成一个"物质反复循环流动的过程,使得整个经济系统以及生产和消费的过程基本上不产生或者只产生很少的废弃物。为此,介绍了以沼气工程为纽带建立起来生态工业的发展模式。
The traditional economy is one material uniflow economy. In this economy, people by higher and higher intensity develop Earth＇s material and energy, in the production processes and expends process they discharge massively the pollution and the waste in the environment, to the resources use is frequently extensive and disposable, through turns incessantly the resources the waste to realize the economical scalar growth, has caused many natural resources short with the depletion, and has bred the disastrous environmental pollution consequence. With this different, what ecology industrial development pattern advocate one kind of economic development pattern that based on the material circulates unceasingly using, it requests the economic activity according to the natural ecosystem pattern, organizes one “the material recycle process”, causes the entire economic system as well as the production and the expense process basically does not produce or only produces the very few waste. This article introduced establishes the ecology industry development model take the methane project as the link.
