摘要
目的观察护理干预中的健康教育对乙型肝炎患者生活的影响。方法将80例慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予系统的相关知识教育。结果观察组患者对CHB相关知识的掌握程度、消毒液的正确使用、患者生活方式的改善,保持乐观情绪,均明显优于对照组。结论护理干预有助于改善患者的生活质量和心理健康状况,形成良性的心理环境,促进患者康复。
Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention in hepatitis B patients. Methods 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into 2 groups and the observation group received systematic health education on relative knowledge. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in mastery degree of CHB relative knowledge, the correct use of disinfection solution, the improvement of patients' lifestyle and keeping optimism. Conclusions The nursing intervention is helpful to improve the quality and mental health of patients, so as to forol good psychological environment, and accelerate the improvement of patients' recovery.
