摘要
随着石油工业的发展,石油管材的服役条件越来越苛刻,油套管的损坏已成为目前国内外石油开采中一个急需解决的重要问题。因此油田及石油管制造商有必要充分了解油井管的服役环境,开展油套管的使用技术研究。针对目前油套管的服役工况,阐述了油套管的主要失效形式。从管柱设计的可靠性和螺纹连接及密封的可靠性两方面介绍了油套管使用技术的进展及使用过程中应该注意的问题,并对国内企业在油套管使用技术方面需要展开的工作进行了展望。
With the development of the petroleum industry,the service environment of OCTG（Oil Country Tubular Goods） becomes severer.Now,the damage to tubing and casings has been regarded as a critical issue to be solved as soon as possible.It is necessary for those in oil fields and OCTG manufacturers to fully understand the severe service environment of tubing and casings,and to further develop the application technology.This paper presents the main failure modes of tubing and casings in terms of the current service environment.Based on the reliability of the pipe string design and thread connection and sealing,this paper introduces the progress of the tubing and casing application technology and the problems that should pay more attention to in the process of application.It also predicts the development of the application technology for tubing and casings in domestic enterprises.
