摘要
宝钢5 m厚板轧机是我国第一套特宽幅现代化厚板轧机,为满足生产需要,各道工序、各个区域都配备有仪表设备,因此仪表可靠性显得尤为重要。介绍了仪表可靠性基础知识,着重阐述了仪表可靠技术在宝钢厚板厂热处理炉、超声波探伤仪等设备的应用。进一步应用本技术,有助于仪表设备的周期性维护,故障排查,备件订购以及合理制定点检标准、点检计划以及维修计划等。
Baosteel＇s 5m heavy plate mill is the first modern extra-wide mill for heavy plates in China.For the purpose of meeting the requests of the production,instruments were distributed almost in each working procedure and area.Therefore,the reliability of instruments is more important here.This paper briefly introduces the basic knowledge about the instrument reliability and expatiates the application of this technology in the heat treatment furnace,ultrasonic tester and some other devices in Baosteel Heavy Plate Plant.The further application of this technology will help maintain the meters and instruments periodically,solve problems at site,and order spare-parts.It is convenient for us to establish reasonable standards and plans for the examination and repair.
