摘要
通过对《丁甘仁医案》中小儿温病急症治验的探析，认为丁氏对小儿温热之邪，善于清疏透泄；温热变证，善用清温挽危；肺胃蕴实，善取涤痰导滞。将温病与伤寒融汇贯通，在近代温病学发展史上占有重要地位。
Through the study of Ding Ganren Yian(Medical Records of Ding Ganren), the experiences in treatin infantile acute febrile diseases are summarized as: the method of expelling exterior heat and clearing away interior heat for epidemic heat evil; the method of antipyretic and saving crisis for the deteriorated cases, and the method of expelling phlegm and removing obstrution for the excessive evil in lungs and stomach. Dr. Ding achieved mastery through a comprehensive study of Shanghan (Treatise on Febrile Disease) and Wenbing (Doctrine of Epidemic Febrile Diseases) and played a very important role in the modern development of the theories of epidemic febrile diseases.
