摘要
针对数控车床在使用过程中刀架经常出现的各种典型问题,以LDB4系列电动刀架为例,通过对数控车床刀架的结构与工作原理的阐述,并以其在日常生产中遇到的常见问题为依据,分析讨论了生产中车床刀架可能会出现的各种问题,并提出了相应的解决方案。
Aimed at the various typical issues of turret appeared in the course of CNC lathe,toke LDB4 series electric turret as an example, according to describe the structure and working principle of NC lathe turret,and in the purpose of the frequently questions that always met in the daily production, the various problems that may occur in the course of lathe turret are analyzed and discussed, a variety of solutionss is put forward.
