摘要 本文简叙了三种自锁电磁阀自锁型式,以及国内外四种磁性双位自锁电磁阀的工作原理、共有特点、磁路设计,对典型磁路进行了具体分析,并在此基础上,推导出了磁性双位自锁阀的磁路计算公式,最后给出了结论。经过多年实践验证,所给出的理论分析是正确的和可行的。 A This paper briefly describes the self-locking modes of three kinds of self-locking electromagnetic valve and the operation principle, common characteristics, and magnetic circuit design of four kinds of magnetic hi-position self-locking electromagnetic valves at home and abroad. Next, we have carried out the analysis for the typical magnetic circuit, have derived the computational formula for the magnetic circuit of the magnetic biposition self-locking valve and have given the conclusions Through the verifications of the many years practices, the theoretical analysis is correct and feasible.
