摘要
针对干熄焦余热锅炉过热器的特点,建立描述其内部传热的简化数学模型.应用该模型对一台86.6 t/h的干熄焦余热锅炉二级过热器烟气和蒸气温度分布进行模拟,模拟计算结果与实际运行过程具有较好的一致性.并进一步分析了过热器烟气进口温度和内部不同沾污情况对过热器换热的影响.
In allusion to the characteristics of super-heater in coke drying quenching boiler(CDQ), simplified mathematical model was established to describe its internal heat transfer. Then the flue and steam's temperature secondary super-heater in a CDQ with 86.6 t/h loads were simulated. The calculation results show the agreement with the measured data, and the influences of super-heater inlet gas temperature and ifferent contamination on factors of heat transfer were analysed by using the model.
