摘要
以设计的两级扭杆式平衡机为对象,在综合考虑平衡机的结构尺寸、最大等效应力、最小输出转角等约束的基础上,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行了以疲劳寿命为目标的评估和优化。在确保扭杆具有足够的强度和输出转角的前提下,实现了多目标约束下平衡机疲劳寿命的提高。
Taking into account the size of structure,the equivalent stress,restraint in minimum export angle of rotation and so on,two-grade torsion bar balance mechanism has been evaluated and optimizated aiming at fatigue life using ANSYS.The equilibrator fatigue life enhancement of the multi-objective restraints has been realized while keeping the intensity enough and the export angle of rotation.
