摘要
以丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯为共聚单体,偶氮二异丁腈引发剂,在甲苯和异丙醇混合溶剂中进行共聚反应,合成醇溶性丙烯酸树脂。研究了四元共聚单体之间的配比、引发剂浓度、反应温度及时间对树脂性能的影响;探讨了将其用作凸版塑料印刷油墨连结料的可行性。结果表明,当丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲脂、丙烯酸丁脂、苯乙烯之间的摩尔配比为1:2:4:1;引发剂浓度为0.23%;反应温度为110~115℃;反应时间为4~5h时,得到的醇溶性丙烯酸树脂适宜作凸版印刷油墨的连结料。将其与有机颜料、填充料、助剂按一定的配比进行捏合、研磨后得到凸版印刷油墨,且柔性好、附着力强、抗冻融性好,可用于印刷聚氯乙烯薄膜及表面已处理的高压聚乙烯薄膜。
With acrylic acid (AA), methyl ester acrylate (MA), butyl acrylate (BA), and styrene as polymerization monomer, azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as initiator, the alcohol-resoluble acrylic resin was synthesized by copolymerization in methylbenzene and isopropyl benzene. Effects of mass ratio, initiator concentration, reaction temperature and reaction time on the properties of acrylic resin were investigated. The feasibility of use of production as link material of relief plastic printing ink was discussed. The results showed that it can be used as link material of relief plastic printing ink when the mass ratio is 1 : 2 : 4 : 1 (moL);initiator concentration is 0. 23%; reaction temperature is 110-115 ℃;reaction time is 4-5 h. The printing ink produced by acrylic resin combined and grinded with organic pigments, bulking agent and compounding agent with appropriate propotion has many good performance in flexibility, adhesive power and anti-freezing, which can be used in print on PVC film and high pressure polythene film with surface preperation.
