摘要
刺五加(Acanthopanax senticosus)为五加科植物。对刺五加叶中皂苷类、黄酮类、多糖类和有机酸类等有效活性成分在保护心脑血管、抗肿瘤、降血压、抗疲劳等药理活性及在食品、药品领域开发利用等方面研究作综合概述。
Acanthopanax senticosus belongs to the Araliaceae.In this paper,the advances in the main three aspects of Acanthopanax senticosus leaves were reviewed.Those included the constituents from Acanthopanax senticosus leaves,i.e.saponins,flavonoids,polysaccharides and organic acids.In addition,it had the effects on the protection of heart and brain blood vessels,anti-cancer,antihypertensive as well as the pharmacological activity of antifatigue,etc.Acanthopanax senticosus leaves were as the resource for the development and utilization in the food and medicine areas.
