摘要
本文对序列间歇活性污泥法(SBR)污水处理的工艺过程进行分析,设计了以PLC为控制核心,以曝气池中溶解氧浓度(DO)作为控制参量,以鼓风机的转速为被控变量的控制系统。基于对象存在滞后、无法知道精确数学模型的特点,控制算法采用模糊控制;同时,为了达到节能的目的,采用变频器与PLC之间基于RS-485的通讯技术来实现对控制鼓风机的转速的控制。
This paper analyzes the process of sewage treamaent with sequencing batch reactor (SBR), and designs a control system which takes PLC as the control core, file dissolved oxygen concentration in aeration tank as the control parameter and the rotating speed of fan as the controlled variable. In view of the feature that the object is a lag system and it is unable to know the precise mathematical model, the fuzzy control is used. At the same time, to achieve the aim of saving energy, the communication technology between PLC and frequency converter based on RS485 is used to control the rotating speed of the fan.
