摘要
对氯亚磷结构进行修饰,连接一个六碳的间隔臂,制得亚胺硫磷、氯亚磷的半抗原,确定最佳反应条件。利用薄层层析和质谱法,对反应进行实时监控,确定最佳反应时间为16d。通过EDC法成功制备亚胺硫磷和氯亚磷人工抗原。
The phosmet structure was modified, interval arm of six-carbon were linked, and the hapten compound of dialifor and phosmet were prepared and meanwhile the optimum reaction time were determined in this paper. The reaction was real-time monitor by TLC and MC. The results showed that the best reaction time was 16 days. And dialifor and posemet artificial antigen were successfully prepared with ECD method.
