摘要
紫外光固化胶粘剂主要由光引发剂、光敏树脂和活性稀释剂组成.以正交试验测定不同光引发剂、不同用量稀释剂和光引发剂对固化速率的影响.结果表明:在5种引发剂中651引发剂的固化速度最快,引发剂浓度对固化时间的影响最大,651引发剂有利于树脂的内外层固化.
UV-curable adhesive system is composed of photo initiator,photo-sensitive resins and reactive diluting agent.According to the orthogonal experiment results, the influence factors of curing rate which caused by different photo initiator, different usage of diluting agent and photo initiator were discussed.The curing rate that initiated by initiator 651 is the fastest among the 5 initiators;the concentration of initiator does the most influence to the curing rate;initiator 651 is beneficial to the inside and outside resin curing.
