摘要
目的探求一种安全有效、并发症少的直肌下巩膜裂伤手术治疗方式。方法对26例(26眼)直肌下巩膜裂伤进行回顾性研究,所有患者术中均未采取切断直肌暴露并修补伤口的传统手术模式,而是钝性中分直肌肌腹,并用两条丝线向两侧牵引,根据裂伤长度及方向调整丝线牵拉方向,充分暴露直肌下巩膜伤口,而加以缝合。结果 26眼术前视力无光感～0.15,经过处理后,视力恢复为无光感～0.8,所有患者均保留了眼球,眼球运动无明显障碍,并最大可能获得有效视力。结论改良直肌下巩膜裂伤手术处理方式效果良好、组织损伤轻微、操作简便。
Objective To investigate a modified surgical method within inferior series of consecutive 26 traumatic patients with inferior rectus scieral ruptur rectus scleral rupture eyes. Methods Clinical records were studied retrospectively for a e. A modified method of surgery was performed to these cases. Rectus was split medial instead of cutting down and two 0-0 suture were drag from medial rectus. The sutures were drag contralateral separately to exposure and suture scleral rupture. Results All cases were managed perfectly and all the traumatic eyes were saved without severe obstacle of eye movement. Almost all the cases achieved improved visual acuity. Conclusion The modified surgical method within inferior rectus scleral rupture is a safe and effective surgery manner which is suitable for some cases of traumatic eyes.
