摘要
将笋壳原料经稀酸浸渍预水解后,再由高温高压碱(NaOH)处理,用多聚磷酸钠、硅酸钠等作助练剂进行脱胶,提取出竹笋壳工艺纤维,并对其进行扫描电镜、X衍射和全反射红外分析.结果表明:提取物的结晶度达到68%,红外光谱图为纤维素特征;所得工艺纤维细度为1.98tex,纤维长度64mm,断裂强度2.00cN/dtex,具备了转杯纺的初步条件,有望成为一种新型的纺织纤维材料.
The bamboo shell is pre-hydrolysed with dilute acid, and processed with high temperature and high pressure alkali (NaOH), degumed with polyphosphates and sodium as assistant reagents to extract art fiber of bamboo shell. By analysing with scanning electronic microscope, X diffraction and ATR-IR, it is found that the crystallinity of the extract reachs 68% with infra-red spectrogram indicating cellulose feature. With fineness 1.98 tex, length 64 mm, rupture strength 2.00 eN/dtex, the art fiber meets the initial requirements for rotor spinning and is probablly a new kind of textile fiber material.
