摘要
研究并改进了过氧化氢酶的传统提取工艺,将传统工艺产生的废水用截留分子量300 Da的卷式纳滤膜组件或反渗透膜组件处理,废水浓缩20倍以上,产生的透过液可以作为工艺用水回收利用;截留液与废渣混合,经干燥处理后,可制成饲料诱食剂,也可以经酶解处理后得到肝水解肽。传统工艺生产1 t 50000 I U.mL-1的过氧化氢酶大约会产生0.8 t废渣和10 t废水,通过工艺改进,实现了清洁生产,真正达到了废水、废渣零排放。建立了从动物组织中分离提取过氧化氢酶的清洁生产新工艺。
The traditional extraction process of catalase from animal tissue was researched and improved.The wastewater was treated with nanofiltration membrane with size of 300 Da or reverse osmosis membrane module,it could be condensed more than 20 folds,the filtrate could be recovered and reused for the process;and the retention liquor mixed with the residue could be dired to make feed attractant agent or be enzymatic hydrolyzed to make liver hydrolytic peptide.The traditional craft produced about 0.8 t residue and 10 t wastewater when prepared 1 t 50 000 IU·mL-1 of catalase.After improving the process,a novel process was established,which realized clean production without discharge of wastewater or residue.
