摘要
综述了近年来各种无机纳米粒子增韧改性环氧树脂的研究现状。介绍了无机纳米粒子的表面有机化修饰方法及增韧环氧树脂的机理。提出今后无机纳米粒子改性环氧树脂的研究应集中在解决无机纳米粒子的团聚问题;无机纳米粒子改性环氧树脂的制备方法及其功能化;无机纳米粒子的筛选及新体系改性环氧树脂的开发;环氧树脂基纳米复合材料增强增韧机理的研究等。
Recent research advances in the toughness modification of epoxy resin by various inorganic nano-particles were systematically surveyed.The surface modification of inorganic nano-particles and the fabrication methods of epoxy resin modified with nanocomposites were presented.And then the strengthening and toughening mechanism of epoxy resin-based nano-composites was analyzed in detail.
