摘要
分析了毛细管平面空调系统供冷的传热过程,对传热过程做出合理假设和简化,建立了二维稳态传热数学模型。采用微元体热平衡法编制MATLAB计算程序,着重研究了系统热工参数中的供回水温度的平均值和管间距等因素对毛细管顶棚温度场的影响和对该空调系统供冷性能的影响程度。实验结果表明:笔者所建模型计算出的单位面积传热量的数值解与实测值吻合较好。这为毛细管平面空调系统的设计和推广应用提供了技术支持。
This paper analyzes the heat transfer process of the planar capillary cooling air-conditioning system, makes a reasonable simplification and assumption of it, and establishes a two-dimensional mathematical model of steatly-state heat transfer. In this paper, the MATLAB compution program programmed by a micro-body heat balance method focuses the impact on the ceiling temperature field and the cooling performance of the factors such as temperature of supply water and retum water and the pipe space. Experimental results show that the numerical solutions of the heat transfer per unit area calculated by the model are in good agreement with the measured values, which provides the technical support for the design and promotion of the the planar capillary cooling air-conditioning system.
