摘要
[目的]研究多效唑对粤选系列匍匐翦股颖草坪草生长特性的影响。[方法]采用盆栽方法,以浓度75、150、225、300 mg/L多效唑对匍匐翦股颖粤选系列1、3、5号草坪草进行叶面喷施。[结果]不同浓度的多效唑使得匍匐翦股颖粤选系列1、3、5号草坪草生长高度降低,叶长变短,分蘖数增加,根冠比增大;处理后根系活力、叶绿素含量均有所提高。因此,可降低生产管理成本,提高草坪的景观效果。[结论]用75 mg/L多效唑处理匍匐翦股颖粤选1、3、5号草坪草,可有效矮化草坪草。
[ Objective I The effect of paclobutrazol ( PP333 ) on growth of Agrostis stolonifera turf grass xuexuan series was studied. [ Method] Based on pot experiment, PP333 with concentration of 75 mg/L, 150mg/L,225 mg/L,300 mg/L were applied to Agrostis stolonifera cv. Yuexuan No. 1, No. 3 and No. 5 through spring on leaf surface. [Result] PP333 could slow down the growth of the leaves and plant height, accelerate the tillering and improve the ratio of root/tiller. After PP333 treatment, the root system activity turned strong, and the content of the chlorophyll was increased. Therefore, the cost of production was reduced and the visual effect of lawn was improved. [ Conclusion] Dwarf effect of 75 mg/ L PP333 was suitable for Yuexuan No. 1, No. 3 and No. 5.
