摘要
目的:观察牛蒡子对糖尿病大鼠血糖和非酶糖化反应的抑制作用及对神经传导速度的作用,探讨牛蒡子对糖尿病神经病变的防治。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠30只,随机平均分为3组,正常对照组、糖尿病组、糖尿病牛蒡子210mg/(kg·d)治疗组,腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(60mg/kg)诱发糖尿病。16周后麻醉大鼠,取血测血糖、糖基化终末产物(AGEs)含量,测定神经传导速度。结果:与正常对照组相比,糖尿病组血糖和糖基化产物明显增高(251.09±51.74),牛蒡子治疗组二者明显较糖尿病组降低(139.18±36.41),神经传导速度明显改善。结论:牛蒡子对糖尿病大鼠糖基化反应有抑制作用,改善神经病变,对糖尿病大鼠神经病变有一定疗效。
Objective: To observe the effects of arctium on the blood , protein nonenzymatic glycation and nerve conduction velocity in diabetic rats and explore its protection to diabetic ncuropathy. Materials and Methods : 30 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into following groups: group control rats; group diabetic rats; group diabetic rats treated with arctium(210mg/kg · d) ; These rats were induced hyperglycemia by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin 60mg/kg. In the end of 16 weeks treatment the rats were anaesthetized and to measure blood sugar , the amount of protein glycation products and nerve conduction velocity. Results:Comparing with control group ,the diabetic rat blood and nonenzymatic glycation was apparently higher (251.09 ± 51.74). After 16 weeks treatment , blood and nonenzymatic glycation in group treated with arctium significantly descended than that of diabetic group (139.18 ± 36.41 )and was improved in the nerve conduction velocity. Conclusion :Arctium can inhibit glycation ,improve the nerve significantly, to treat the diabetic neuropathy.
