摘要
目的：观察湿润烧伤膏对新生儿尿布皮炎的预防与治疗。方法：应用湿润烧伤膏护理新生儿及尿布皮炎患儿。结果：预防护理290例保护率97．2％，治疗护理26例，轻度尿布皮炎22例占84．6％，重Ⅱ尿布皮炎4例占15．4％有效率为100％。结论：湿润烧伤膏预防和治疗新生儿尿布皮炎效果好，操作简便，价格合理，取材容易。
Objective ：To observe the effect of moist exposed burn ointment（MEBO） in the prevention and cure of diaper dermatitis of the newborn. Methods ：The method is to apply the MEBO to the newborn and the patients suffering from the diaper dermatitis. Results： There are 290 cases for the prevention treatment and the rate of prevention of 97.2%. There are 26 cases for curing, of which 22,84.6% of the total affected parts,have slight diaper dermatitis and 4,15.4% of the total affected parts, have moderate diaper dermatitis. The effctive rates are 100%. Conclusion： It is easy and effective to use MEBO to prevent and cure the diaper dermatitis of the newborn.
