三乙醇胺、糖蜜对矿渣粉磨和矿渣水泥性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 研究了三乙醇胺、糖蜜两种物质在不同掺量下对矿渣的粉磨作用,采用自制设备测量了休止角,并做了质量比为50%矿渣+50%硅酸盐水泥配置的矿渣水泥的性能测试。试验结果表明:两类物质都有良好的助磨效果,能够显著降低筛余,增大比表面积,并增加细颗粒含量,解决粉体团聚现象。综合考虑粉磨效果和经济成本,三乙醇胺、糖蜜的最佳掺量分别为0.06%,0.10%。三乙醇胺因为含有三个羟基和一个胺基而具有助磨效果,糖蜜因所含糖类具有羟基而有助磨效果。 Effects of triethanolamine and molasses as grinding aids on slag grinding process were studied at different contents.The angle of repose was measured by using self-made equipment,meanwhile the slag cement properties with 50% slag and 50% portland cement were studied.The results showed that two types of material can significantly reduce the slag fineness.Considering the effectiveness and economic cost of grinding,the best content of triethanolamine and molasses are 0.06% and 0.1% respectively.Triethanolamine has great grinding effect which depends on the hydroxyl group and amido group.Molasses has great grinding effect because it contains carbohydrate with hydroxyl group.
