铅与牛血清蛋白的相互作用及模拟透析性能 被引量:2

摘要 用与人血清白蛋白相似性很强的牛血清白蛋白作为模拟血液,利用红外光谱法对铅与牛血清蛋白(模拟血液)的相互作用情况进行研究,使用原子吸收法和电导率仪对模拟血液反应体系中铅的浓度和电导率进行检测,利用透析法进行含铅模拟血液除铅试验。结果表明,含铅模拟血液的电导率降低,铅与牛血清蛋白发生了络合反应,甲基峰和亚甲基峰也出现了明显变化。透析法能降低反应体系中铅的浓度,利用纤维膜的吸附作用,能有效的吸附铅与牛血清蛋白作用后的大分子络合物,使得铅的去除率高达90%。 Bovine serum albumin which has great similarity with human serum albumin was uesd as simulative blood in the experiments of this study.The interaction between lead and bovine serum albumin(simulative blood)was studied with infrared spectroscopy,and the lead concentration and conductivity of simulative blood were measured with atomic absorption and conductivity meter.The results indicated that the conductivity of simulativly lead-based blood was reduced,the complexation happened between lead and bovine serum albumin.A considerable change appeared in methyl and methylene peaks.The lead concentration of reaction systerm was reduced by dialysis.The removal of lead could reach 90% because the complex matters produced was easily adsorbed by fiber membrance.
