免疫亲和柱净化荧光计快速测定核桃及制品中黄曲霉毒素

Fluorometric Detection of Aflatoxin in Walnut and its Products Using Immunoaffinity Column Cleanup

摘要 建立了免疫亲和柱净化荧光计法,快速定量地测定核桃和核桃制品中的黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2总量。方法的检出限为2.0μg/kg,相对标准偏差低于15%,回收率>80%。该方法简便快速、灵敏准确、重现性好,满足出入境检验检疫工作的需要。 Objective To establish Fluorometric detection of immuno affinity column cleanup.The total amount of aflatoxins(B1、B2、 G1 and G2) was detected.The detection limit was 2.0 μg/kg,the relative standard deviations was below 15%.Recoveries of Aflatoxin B1,B2,G1 and G2 spiked to samples were greater than 80%.This method is simple and fast,sensitive accurate,good reproducibility and meet the needs of entry-exit inspection and quarantine work.
