摘要
随着气象业务现代化建设步伐的不断加快,气象网络设备运行状况对业务工作的正常开展有着关键性的作用。针对气象业务实时性很强的特点,进行了网络监控、报警程序的研究和研发。该程序采用Delphi语言编写,它可以在第一时间发现故障的网络节点,同时发出声音报警和短信提醒,通知网络管理员及时排除故障,确保网络的畅通。该程序的开发可以给地、市气象部门的网络管理人员提供一个辅助的管理手段,提供传输及时率。
With continuous development on the pace of modernization for meteorological service, the operational status of meteorology network equipment possessed crucial function to the normal operation. Regarding the characteristics of highly real time weateher service,network monitoring and warning were researched and developed. This procedure was programmed by the Delphin,which can discover network nodes of breakdown in the first time, send out sound warning and SMS alerts,inform network administrator to shoot trouble in time, in order to ensure network unblocked. The development of this procedure will provide an auxiliary management tool and transmission timeliness for network administrator at municipal meteorological department.
