摘要
利用KEITHLEY 6517静电计为测量标准,采用标准表法,实现对直流小电流标准源准确、可靠的检定。通过对其测量不确定度的评定,证明可圆满地实现最大允许误差为±0.5%及以下的直流小电流标准源的检定,从而增强了对直流小电流标准源的量值传递能力。
Taking the KEITHLEY 6517 electrostatic meter as measurement standard, using the standard meter method, the accurate and reliable verification to the DC low current reference source could be realized. The accurate evaluation of the uncertainty indicated that the verification of the DC low current reference source with the maximum permissible error of ±0.5% and below could be achieved. This greatly increased the ability of quantity value dissemination to the DC low current reference source.
