摘要
目的:调查分析本院临床不合理用药现状,促进医院合理用药水平,保证患者用药更加安全、合理和有效。方法:抽取我院2008年1月-2009年5月西药处方41767张,对不合理用药进行统计归类和回顾性分析。结果:不合理用药处方共193份占抽查总数的0.46%。其中剂量不合理18份,选药不合理26份,给药方案不合理71份,联合用药不合理63份及疗程过长15份。结论:医院不同程度地存在不合理用药现象,临床用药是否合理关系着患者用药的安全,应积极开展合理用药宣传,大力倡导和支持临床药师深入临床,与医师一道努力促进合理用药,最大限度地避免药物滥用或误用。
Objective： To investigate irrational use of medicines in our hospital and promote rational medicines utilization. Methods： 41 767 prescriptions form January 2008 to May 2009 were sampled. The number of irrational prescriptions were counted and analyzed. Results： A total of 193 copies of irrational prescriptions accounted for 0.46% of the total sample, with 18 copies of unreasonable dose, 26 copies of irrational drug selection, 71 copies of unreasonable dosage regimen, 63 copies of unreasonable combination and 15 copies of too long treatment course. Conclusion： The phenomenon of irrational drug therapy exists in our hospital. Attention should be paid to the usage to promote the rational use of medicines.
