摘要
作者采用双波长紫外分光光度法对磁共振成像造影剂钆喷酸葡胺注射液进行了定量研究。应用双波长紫外分光光度法,选择测量波长组合λ2=274.1nm,λ1=320.0nm,无需分离被测组分,直接对钆喷酸进行定量分析。在1.096~54.80mg/ml范围内,吸光度差值与钆喷酸浓度呈线性关系,检测限为0.5263mg/ml,r=0.9997,平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.85%(n=5)。本研究为钆喷酸含量测定提供了一种新方法。
The experimental conditions for determining gadopentetate in gadopentetate dimeglumine injection by double wavelength ultraviolet spectrophotometric method were studied.The △A value of standard sample was proportional to gadopentetate concentration at 274.1 nm and 320.0 nm(r=0.9997),with a liner range of the concentration from 1.096mg/ml to 54.80 mg/ml.The detection limit of gadopentetate was 0.5263 mg/ml,the average recovery 99.4% and the RSD value 0.85%(n=5).The new menthod is simple and rapid to use,and accurate in determination of gado pentetate level in gadopentetate dimeglumine injection.
