摘要
统筹城乡文化建设是城乡一体化的必然要求。诸城市把统筹城乡文化一体化作为统筹城乡一体化发展的重要组成部分,基本实现了城乡公共文化服务体系全覆盖,为统筹城乡文化建设提供了经验。城乡文化统筹发展是一项系统工程,关键是:用先进文化占领城乡思想文化阵地;强化政府的主导地位,发挥非政府组织的力量;制度保证、科学管理;统筹规划、因地制宜。
To balance cultural construction between the urban and rural areas is inevitable request of city and countryside integration.Zhucheng takes culture integration as important component of the integration between urban and rural areas,and has realized public culture service system basically covered all over city and countryside,and provides the experience of how to balance cultural construction between the urban and rural areas.To balance cultural reconstruction between the urban and rural areas is a system project,the keys are： seizes city and countryside ideological front with the advanced culture;strengthens government＇s dominant position,displays function of Non-governmental organizations;system guarantee,scientific management;balances the development,acts as circumstances permit.
