摘要
为提高CCD辐射测温精度,需在光路中加载滤光片以获取单色光.然而现场搭建光路极为不便且难于实现精确的图像匹配.为减小误差且便于工程实现,提出了对CCD光谱响应曲线寻迹的数字滤光方法,并与多色滤光系统进行了比较.结果表明,数字滤光方法简单有效,无需外置滤光光路即可实现图像辐射测温.
To improve the accuracy of temperature measurement using a CCD camera,the common used method is to build a filtering system in optical path. The method,however,is unsuitable for real industrial measurement because of the complexity of building and adjusting the filtering device,and meanwhile,image matching needs to be considered for obtaining accurate grayscale ratio.To be convenient for industrial temperature measurement,a digital filtering method is proposed based on an algorithm of CCD spectral response curve tracing. The method is compared with conventional method of loading filtering devices. The result indicates that the digital filtering is more convenient for temperature field measurement and keeps a satisfactory accuracy.
