摘要
以虚拟啤酒灌装生产线为研究对象,对大型虚拟设备及灌装生产线的构建过程、模式方法进行了探讨和研究。通过虚拟设计、几何建模及对生产线整体运行时虚拟设备传动关系数学建模,采用Normal Mapping和Shader等次世代图形图像技术,结合Virtools实时渲染引擎,开发出场景式、高交互、超现实、网络化的虚拟啤酒灌装生产线,并将所构建的虚拟生产线应用到职业教育的生产实训和相关企业的岗前培训。
On virtual beer bottling production line is studied, on the large-scale virtual equipment and bottling production line is researched from the aspects of construction process and mold.With Virtools real-time rendering engine, a scene of a high-interactive, ultra-realistic and networking virtual beer bottling production line is constructed through virtual design, geometric modeling and mathematical modeling for the transmission relations between virtual equipment when the whole production line is working.Normal mapping, shade and other next-generation graphics imaging technologies are also used to construct the bottling line.The virtual beer bottling line is applied to food biochemical professional training in vocational institutions and pre-job training for related production companies.
