摘要
本文从知识转化这个理论视角切入,以长三角地区企业为研究对象,采用定量的研究方法,探讨了知识转化对企业核心能力的影响。本研究将知识转化分为知识社会化、知识外显化、知识组合化和知识内隐化四个维度,将企业核心能力分为核心技术能力、核心市场能力和核心管理能力,深入分析了知识转化各维度对企业核心能力各因素的影响。通过问卷调查方式,经因素分析、相关分析、回归分析等统计分析后,得出如下主要结论:1.本研究使用的知识转化四因素结构——知识社会化、知识外显化、知识组合化、知识内隐化,其因子结构良好;2.本研究使用的企业核心能力三因素结构——核心技术能力、核心市场能力、核心管理能力,其因子结构良好;3.知识转化与企业核心能力有明显的相关性。在中国长三角地区这一特殊地域的企业中,知识转化各维度与企业核心能力各维度之间均呈显著的正相关关系;4.知识转化能很好地预测企业核心能力。知识转化的四个维度中,知识社会化和知识外显化对企业核心能力具有明显的预测力;5.不同性别、企业性质在知识转化的某些维度上存在显著差异,而学历和工作年限在知识转化各维度上均无显著差异。
This paper is researched on the enterprises in the region of Yangtze River Delta,seeing from the angle of knowledge conversion.By means of quantitative analysis,the thesis is to study the connotation of knowledge conversion,and its impact on enterprise core competence.On the basis of summing up all the former learning results,knowledge conversion is labeled as socialization,externalization,combination,internalization,and enterprise core competence is also labeled as core technical capability,core market capability,core management capability.This study analyzes the correlations of all the factors among knowledge conversion and enterprise core competence thoroughly.The study adopts the means of questionnaire investigation.According to factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,we get the main conclusions as follows:1.The four factor knowledge conversion configuration is confirmed to have good structure validity.2.The three factor enterprise core competence configuration is confirmed to have good structure validity.3.Knowledge conversion has obviously related to enterprise core competence.In the enterprise of the region of Yangtze River Delta,all the four factors of knowledge conversion have significant positive correlation with all the three factors of enterprise core competence.4.Knowledge conversion is a positive predictor of enterprise core competence.Among all the four factors of knowledge conversion,socialization and externalization can significantly predict enterprise core competence.5.The different gender and enterprise nature show significant difference in some dimensions of knowledge conversion.However,the different academic and work experience show no significant difference in knowledge conversion.
