摘要
对自制反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)的反式结构含量、结晶度、相对分子质量与国外同类产品进行了比较,并对国外TPI生胶的灰分进行了元素分析,推测并计算了国外产品的催化体系。结果表明,与国外TPI相比,自制产品的反式结构含量较高,结晶度略高,门尼黏度较低,相对分子质量分布略窄,力学性能更好;二者使用的催化体系相似。
The comparison between self-made trans-1,4- polyisoprene (TPI) and similar foreign product were conducted in trans-unit content, crystallinity, relative molecular mass. The elemental analysis of ash of foreign crude TPI was conducted, and its catalyst system was presumed. The results showed that compared with foreign TPI, the self-made TPI had higher trans-unit content and crystallinity, lower Mooney viscosity, narrower relative molecular mass distribution, and better mechanical properties. The catalyst systems used for synthesis of TPI were similar.
