摘要
为了确定自蔓延高温合成(SHS)NiFe2O4的最佳烧结制度,通过SHS技术制备获得NiFe2O4粉末,加入不同含量的添加剂Bi2O3,在不同烧结温度和保温时间下进行烧结。采用XRD、VSM等分析手段,研究了烧结制度与NiFe2O4烧结样品的物相、密度及磁性能的关系。实验确定最佳的烧结工艺:烧结温度1200℃,保温时间3h,添加烧结助剂Bi2O3的含量为5%(质量分数,下同)。在最佳烧结制度下,获得的NiFe2O4固相反应充分,具有单一的尖晶石相,烧结样品具有较高的密度和良好的磁性能。
The sintering routine of NiFe2O4 prepared by SHS method was optimized with different sintering parameters such as sintering temperature, duration and additive Bi2O3. The ferrite powders were pressed into toroidal shapes and then sintered under different sintering conditions with different contents of additive. The characterizations of the ceramic samples were conducted by X-ray diffraction and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results show the density and magnetic properties of spinel ferrites depend on the sintering conditions. The optimal magnetic properties were obtained for the sample sintered at 1200 ℃ for 3 h and with 5% Bi2O3 .
