摘要
文章介绍了都柏林元数据（DO）2009年年会基本情况，以及DC管理机构DCMI近一年的研究成果，尤其是“DC元数据互操作层次模型”等系列DCMI推荐文档的修订、发布，为语义环境下DC元数据方案设计和应用做出了进一步规范。文章也总结了DCMI过去一年工作与组织进展，讨论了DCMI在组织架构和运作方式上的一些变化。
This annual report is on DC2009 Conference. Besides, it introduces research activities done by DCMI which is responsible for DC management, including the document ＂Interoperability Levels for Dublin Core Metadata＂ published as a DCMI Recommended resource. All documents specify DC Schema and DC Application Profiles on the Semantic Web. Meanwhile, the report reviews all activities by DCMI communities and task groups, and focuses on operation changes brought by DCMI, too.
