基于TG-FTIR的餐饮业烟道油垢燃烧特性分析

摘要 用热重分析仪和傅里叶红外光谱仪,对油垢样品在空气气氛中的燃烧特性进行了动态分析,采用Doyle和Coats-Redfern方法建立了"四阶段一级反应动力学模型",计算了燃烧反应的动力学参数.研究结果表明油垢的燃烧可以分成四个阶段,第一阶段低沸点化合物挥发燃烧、第二阶段主要为不饱和烃的燃烧、第三阶段主要为酯类的燃烧、第四阶段主要为饱和烃的燃烧.油垢燃烧失重的四个主要过程均可用简单反应动力学模型进行简化,反应级数为1,燃烧总趋势是随着升温速率的提高,活化能增大.图5,表3,参11. The pyrolysis characteristics of the cooking oil tar in an anlbient air were investigated using a thermogravimetric apparatus with infrared-spectrum analyzer. Experimental results showed that the combustion processes of cooking oil tar is divided into four stages. The :first stage is the volatilization and combustion of the low boiling point compound, the second stage is the combustion of insaturation hydrocarbon, the third stage is the combustion of ester and the last stage is the combustion of saturation hydrocarbon. These four stages were expressed by a first order reaction kinetics model based Doyle and Coats-Redfem methods. The model was proved to be reliable by experimental TG cures. The combustion reaction can be described by four first-order equations. Experiments showed that the ratio of activation energy increases with rising of heating rate. 5figs., 3tabs., 1lrefs.
